The Customer Relations Associate performs daily sales operational functions in the Dealer Services department related to the sale of branded aftermarket auto accessories to new car dealers nationwide. This position is responsible for maintaining and generating and building sales relationships with customers, through outbound and inbound phone calls. This position is also responsible for maintaining a constant focus on efforts to improve performance, quality, and efficiency of work processes.

Some Duties will include:
•Make outbound calls to existing customers from contact management software, to solicit orders, notify them of special promotions or flyers and improve customer satisfaction. Work with customer service and other departments to address customer issues as needed.
•Utilize sales management software to provide a summary of all pertinent account activity. Log all information to maintain a history of call, transactions and notes for complete customer profile.
•Assist external customers with orders and information via inbound/outbound calls, emails and faxes.
•Process, maintain and update orders as outlined in the department work instructions.
•Provide customer with additional information as requested, gather information necessary to complete transactions, and inform customers of order status including backorders.

We require:
•At least 1-3 years’ related work experience, which demonstrates the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the above duties, required.
•A proven track record in school or work experience in working with people and excellent communication skills. At least one year of transferable experience required with sales/customer relations and customer service procedures.
